Clara Burstrand

Clara Burstrand has been working in the HR field since 2009. Clara began their career as a Researcher/Recruiter/Consultant manager at Poolia. In 2011, they moved to AB Stångåstaden as an HR developer, where they were responsible for recruitment, union negotiations, management support, group development, occupational health, HR administration, and process development. In 2013, they joined Com Hem AB as an HR Business Partner, providing full range HR support to departments of Technology, IS/IT, Products and Finance. In 2015, they became a Senior HR Consultant at Wise Consulting AB, where they were responsible for HR projects analyzing and assuring HR readiness for ISO 9001 certification. In 2020, they joined VAULT as a Human Resources Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Chief People Officer at Tracklib.

Clara Burstrand's education history includes a Degree of Master of Social Science (1th degree - one year) in Human Resource Management and Development from Linköping University, which they completed in 2010. Clara also holds a Degree of Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resource Management and Work Science from Linköping University, which they completed in 2009. In 2013, they attended Gällöfsta Perlan Ledarskap for a UGL program. In 2011, they attended Persona AB for an Aspect and Raven Matriser program. In 2010, they attended Master International A/S for a Master Person Analys program. In 2004, they attended Institut catholique de Paris for a French program. Clara also holds certifications from Assessio for Hogans Assessment Systems (HPI, HDS + MVPI) and Matrigma, obtained in 2013.
