Charlotte Doyle began their work experience at Varisys Ltd in 2006 as a Hardware Engineer. Charlotte then moved on to Microbus Group Limited in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Charlotte worked at Kontron as a Project Manager/Development Engineer, responsible for managing development projects and ensuring they met deadlines and specifications. In 2015, they joined Cobham SATCOM, initially as a Project Manager and later as an HW Engineering Manager, where they managed a group of R&D hardware development engineers and technicians specializing in satellite communications. In 2018, Charlotte joined Struers as a Global Engineering Manager and later became the Global Engineering Director, responsible for managing the Global Engineering department and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Currently, they are the Head of Hardware, R&D at TrackMan, leading a team of professional engineers and contributing to product development and innovation.

Charlotte Doyle obtained a BEng (hons) degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from UCL in 2002. In 2015, they pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School, where they completed HD del 1. in Erhvervsøkonomi, Udvidet Erhvervsret, Strategi, Metode, Samfundsøkonomi - enkeltfag in 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Management of Risk Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2016, and Prince2 Practitioner from APMG International in December 2014. There is no specific information about their education at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, beyond their attendance in 1999.
