Xuan Nhan Nghiem

Xuan Nhan Nghiem has extensive experience in human resources information systems and data management, currently working as an Analyste HRIS and Data Manager at TRACTEBEL since February 2019. Prior roles include serving as a Consultant at ALTEN BELGIUM from April 2018 to December 2023, and as a Junior Consultant Tester at Beobank NV/SA from April 2018 to December 2018, alongside a trainee position at Bruxelles Formation as a Junior Consultant in SAP from November 2017 to March 2018. During the formative years, Xuan Nhan Nghiem completed several SAP certifications and developed a mobile application at IBA aimed at reducing CO2 emissions through improved company car sharing. Academic qualifications include dual Master's degrees in Electromechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics-Construction from both Université libre de Bruxelles and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Université libre de Bruxelles.
