Michael Stinn

Michael Stinn has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael is currently the Head of Digital Business at TRACTO since September 2022. Previously, they worked at Lachmann & Rink GmbH as the Head of Consulting from January 2021 to September 2022, and as a Consultant from January 2019 to December 2020. Before that, Michael served as a Sales Engineer at Lachmann & Rink GmbH from January 2017 to December 2018. Additionally, they had a side venture as the Kaufmännische Leitung of Hausbrauerei Bräukels GbR from October 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, they held prominent roles at ICA Traffic GmbH, including Head of Operations from March 2014 to December 2016, and Senior Project Manager from April 2012 to March 2014. Michael began their career as a Consultant at Accenture in September 2007 and worked there until March 2012.

Michael Stinn attended Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended Georg-Simon-Ohm-Schule Köln from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a degree as a Fachinformatiker (IHK) specializing in Anwendungsentwicklung. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Digitale Geschäftsmodelle entwickeln" from VDI Wissensforum GmbH in July 2021, "Requirements Engineer (IREB)" from the International Requirements Engineering Board in August 2018, and "Project Management Professional (PMI)" from the Project Management Institute.
