Andy Blackwell

Andy Blackwell has a diverse work experience, primarily in sales and leadership roles within the food industry. Andy is currently the Director of Sales - Canada at Tractor Beverage Co. Previously, they worked as the Director - Sales & Marketing Canada at Roha, where they played a key role in expanding the growth of colors and natural ingredients in Canadian food manufacturing companies. Andy also served as the Head of Sales, Canada Foodservice & Naturals Independents at Upfield, where they accelerated the growth of plant-based products within various channels and managed a national sales team. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Food Service, Club, Private Label & Export at Pinnacle Foods Canada Corporation, Boulder Brands, where they successfully introduced and launched gluten-free and plant-based products in the Canadian foodservice market. Additionally, they have experience as the Director of Sales - Foodservice at Weston Bakeries and as the National Sales Manager at Dawn Food Products. Andy's work experience also includes a role as a Corporate Accounts Executive at Parmalat Canada.

Andy Blackwell has a B.A. degree from Western University. Andy also obtained a Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2022.
