John P. Ordus

John Ordus has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Stores Officer at Tractor Supply Company since February 2011. In this role, John Ordus oversees all store operations, administration, productivity, loss prevention, and call centers across a network of over 1900 stores. Previously, John Ordus held multiple senior positions at Tractor Supply Company, including Senior Vice President of Stores and Vice President of Operations for both the Southwest and Region 1, managing significant teams and store operations. John's career began as a Store Manager at Quality Farm & Fleet, followed by various leadership roles in Tractor Supply Company, including Regional Director and District Manager.
