We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player

As the Vice President of Growth, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and optimizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This role oversees the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing departments, ensuring alignment to deliver exceptional customer value, scale revenue, and enhance client retention. Our ideal candidate is adept at building strong relationships, managing multiple teams and directly contributing to the company's revenue and strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Own and continuously optimize the sales and customer success playbooks to ensure scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and leverage growth opportunities, innovate go-to-market strategies, and capitalize on industry trends.

Sales Management

  • Set and exceed revenue targets by managing pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity.
  • Lead marketing to ensure a seamless lead-to-customer journey, focusing on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and market segments.
  • Implement and refine data-driven approaches to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Customer Success Management

  • Design and oversee strategies to maximize customer retention, minimize churn, and drive expansion revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development and enhancements.
  • Lead the adoption of tools and technologies to streamline customer engagement and satisfaction.

Marketing Management

  • Ensure brand consistency, optimize demand generation, and strengthen our market presence.
  • Lead our go-to-market strategy, focusing on defining strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market positioning.
  • Build upon our content driven marketing strategy to deliver MQLs

Metrics and Reporting

  • Monitor, report, and act on ARR, NRR, churn, customer health scores, and other critical KPIs.
  • Leverage analytics to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and customer lifecycle, driving improvements and tracking market trends to make informed decisions to hit targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies that connect our goals to the Tractor Zoom platform, focusing on customer and market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Advanced degree or relevant work experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, and/or Startups.
  • 10+ years of SaaS experience in leadership roles with a focus on customer success, growth, sales or marketing in fast-growing, startup technology companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning and execution in high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Passionate about our mission, values and building a category defining company.
  • Resilience and flexibility to handle the pressures and challenges associated with executive responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience in agriculture, construction or heavy equipment industries are a bonus, but not required.
