Harish Kalgundi

Harish Kalgundi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Harish is currently working at Tracxn as the Senior Associate Vice President of University Partnerships, where they focus on driving academic excellence and helping universities thrive with innovative solutions. Prior to Tracxn, Harish worked at KudosWall as the Director of University Partnerships.

Before that, they were the Head of Sales (E-Learning) at Outsourced CSO, where they developed and implemented sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the higher education sector. Harish also managed a high-performing sales team and consistently achieved top-line sales targets. Harish was responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to develop business and partner with institutions and universities.

Earlier in their career, Harish worked at Concentrix Technologies as the Tech Lead for VMware Sales & Licensing Operations. Harish also gained valuable experience at Dell Technologies as a Senior Technical Support Expert, where they were responsible for business development and sales for flagship products across different regions.

Throughout their career, Harish has demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue growth, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and formulate strategic direction for organizations.

Harish Kalgundi completed an Executive Development Program in Sales & Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2019 to 2021. Harish also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES College of Engineering, Mandya, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, NISM- Series - V A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), VMware Certified Design Expert - Network Virtualization (VCDX-Cloud) from VMware, and VMware Certified Professional 5 - Desktop (VCP5-DT) from VMware.
