Ninad Nikam

Ninad Nikam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as Senior Associate Vice President at Tracxn since April 2020, Ninad leads the Business Development team for the American market, focusing on strategies to enhance sales from Venture Capitals, Investment Banks, Private Equity, and Corporate strategy teams in North and South America. Prior to this role, Ninad held various positions at TATA Power from April 2011 to March 2020, including Zonal Acquisition Officer, Lead Engineer, and Customer Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed business development, key account management, and project delivery in Mumbai's distribution business. Ninad's career began at Biecco Lawrie Limited as a Marketing Officer, managing sales and marketing for Medium Voltage Switchgears in the Western region. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
