Gustavo Soares

Gustavo Soares has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gustavo currently serves as the Head of Product at Tradebyte starting in 2023. Previously, they worked as a Product Consultant & Partner at ValueRebels from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they held roles at zooplus, including Area Product Manager from 2017 to 2021 and Engineering Manager from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Grupo Nexxera, where they held positions such as Head of Product & Tech from 2015 to 2017, Product Manager from 2011 to 2015, Database Administrator from 2007 to 2011, and Technical Support from 2005 to 2007.

Gustavo Soares obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2014. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, Certified Agile Leadership 1 (CAL1), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Professional Leadership, Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
