Thato Moloto

Thato Moloto is a Client Relations Manager at Trademarkia since January 2023, with prior experience as a Candidate Attorney at Spoor & Fisher, where the focus included trade mark and copyright litigation. Previous roles include serving as a Consultant for the World Intellectual Property Organization, facilitating webinars on copyright infrastructure, and lecturing on various law subjects at Varsity College. Thato also worked as an Intellectual Property Law Researcher at DALRO. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa. Currently, Thato is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Law at the University of the Witwatersrand.
