Devanshi Patel

Devanshi Patel has a strong background in web development, with experience in both front-end and full-stack development. Devanshi started their career as a Web Developer at Simi Accessories Corp, where they maintained website content and database using Joomla and gained hands-on experience in website maintenance. Devanshi then worked as a Junior Software Engineer at RateHub.ca, where they designed and developed database-driven web applications using Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Ruby, and Ruby on Rails. Devanshi also created responsive web interfaces and automated tests using HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Ruby, regular expressions, and the Cucumber testing framework. Devanshi later joined CIMCON Software, Inc. as a Web Developer, where they designed, developed, and maintained websites using HTML5, CSS3, LESS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms like Joomla and WordPress. Devanshi also worked on implementing a custom CSS grid system and ensuring mobile responsiveness using media queries. Devanshi then worked as a Freelancer, developing software and websites for small and upcoming companies. Devanshi gained experience in communication, interaction with clients, and utilized CSS3, HTML5, WordPress, and Joomla for website design. Devanshi later joined IDC Canada as a Front-end Web Developer and eventually became the Team Lead, collaborating with a team on developing interactive tools and features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and creating reusable code and templates. Their most recent role was at Flight Centre Travel Group Canada, where they served as a Senior Front-end Developer. Their responsibilities included building responsive front-end code using Javascript, CSS, and HTML in a Spring Boot framework. Devanshi developed, deployed, maintained, and updated clients' turnkey digital systems, including e-commerce websites, and built robust and innovative websites and applications using on-trend technologies to enhance performance, user experience (UX), and visibility across multiple browsers and devices. Devanshi is currently working as a Full-stack Developer at AutoTrader.ca since 2019.

Devanshi Patel completed a Bachelor's of Computer Application in Computer Engineering from L.J. College of Computer Application, from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Computer System Technician - Software Engineering degree at Sheridan College from 2011 to 2012, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In January 2020, Devanshi obtained a certification in Kanban Systems Design from Kanban University.
