Dipti Dhawan

Dipti Dhawan has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Dipti most recently worked at AutoTrader.ca as a Manager of Talent Acquisition, starting in January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at AutoTrader.ca from February 2020 to January 2021. Before joining AutoTrader.ca, Dipti worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at President's Choice Financial from May 2019 to February 2020. Dipti also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) at Hudson's Bay Company from October 2018 to April 2019. Dipti began their career as a Technical Recruiter and HR Generalist at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked from July 2013 to August 2018. Dipti also had a brief internship as a Recruitment Intern at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in September and October 2012.

Dipti Dhawan completed their Bachelor's degree in General studies from Earthinators Climate School from 2008 to 2011. Dipti then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Balaji Institute Of Modern Management from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Creating a Culture of Change" from LinkedIn in September 2018.
