Niclas Hjelm

Niclas Hjelm has worked at Tradera since March 2014, holding various titles such as Head of Trust and Safety, Compliance & Privacy, Customer Service & Safety Manager, and Marketplace Safety Manager. Prior to this, Niclas worked at H1 Communication AB as a CRM Specialist. Niclas received their education from Jämtlands Gymnasium Wargentinskolan from 2009 to 2012. Throughout their career, Niclas has focused on improving customer service experiences and ensuring marketplace safety by analyzing behaviors and implementing efficient procedures.
