Margaretha D Purnajaya is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and previously as a Human Resources Specialist at Traders Family since 2020, Margaretha has a solid background in assessment and consulting, having held multiple associate assessor positions at organizations such as Dexa Medica, PT. GML Performance Consulting, Human Care Consulting, and Essensi HRM Mitra Solusi between 2019 and 2020. Margaretha also worked with ASI Asia Pacific and PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. in similar capacities. Beginning the career as an Associate Psychologist at Lembaga Psikologi Terapan UI from 2013 to 2018 further solidified expertise in psychology. Margaretha holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
