Lauren Hughes

Lauren Hughes is an experienced HR and performance development professional. Currently serving as Manager of HR & AP at Tradition Companies since September 2021, Lauren previously held multiple roles at Best Buy from December 2003 to December 2019, including Associate Manager of Performance Development, Senior Recruiting Coordinator, Facilitation and Program Manager, and Lead Learning Design/Developer. Responsibilities included coordinating interviews, enhancing candidate experiences, facilitating leadership programs, and designing training materials for various corporate teams. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont and has also studied at the Center for Cross-Cultural Studies in Seville, Spain.
