Sales Support at &Tradition

Vibeke Bau has had a diverse range of work experiences. Starting in 2001 as an apprentice at Matas A/S, they gained experience in coordinating and planning campaigns in-store and overall visual merchandising. Vibeke then worked as a part-time sales assistant at Douglas Cosmetics/Parfumerie Douglas from 2005 to 2007. Vibeke then joined L'Oréal as a sales advisor for Lancôme from 2007 to 2008, followed by a role as a counter manager for Kiehl's from 2013 to 2015. At IC Group A/S, they worked as a customer care adviser for Peak Performance, Tiger of Sweden, and By Malene Birger from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they corresponded with customers in multiple languages, managed orders for B2C and B2B customers, and ensured timely deliveries. Vibeke also provided service support as an online executive for By Malene Birger for a short period in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a customer service and administrative backup at BACA Direct before joining &Tradition as a sales support associate later that same year.

Vibeke Bau's education history begins with their attendance at Kolding Amts Gymnasium from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a Sproglig student degree with a focus on language. Following this, they studied at Niels Brock in 2000, earning an HGS diploma. From 2001 to 2003, Vibeke attended Handelsfagskolen Odder, specializing in Materialhandel and gaining the degree of Salgs assistent/ Sales assistent/Assistant du services de ventes. Lastly, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in French at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2005 to 2010.
