Jeremy Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeremy began their career at IST - Installation & Service Technologies, Inc as a Field Technician from July 2004 to December 2006. In this role, they handled troubleshooting of network devices, data entry devices, network cabling, and wireless communications devices. Jeremy also installed and maintained system critical components in multiple business locations within Arizona, and occasionally traveled out of state for support duties.
From January 2007 to December 2012, Jeremy worked at McDonald's Corporation, where they held two positions. Firstly, as OTP 3, they provided support for the computer network in the management offices, including software maintenance and licenses. Additionally, they supported 26 restaurant locations with their Point-of-Sales systems. Later, they transitioned to the role of Network Administrator, responsible for installing, maintaining, and providing support for the entire computer network in the management offices.
In 2012, Jeremy moved to Centrix Health Resources, where they served as the Director of Technology from December 2012 to March 2019.
Currently, Jeremy is employed at Traditions Health as the Senior Director of Technology since March 2019 and has recently been promoted to the position of Vice President of Technology in February 2022. No end date has been provided for their current role at Traditions Health.
Jeremy Williams completed their education at various institutions. From 2002 to 2004, they attended ITT Technical Institute, where they earned an AAS degree in IT Computer Networking Systems. Jeremy then enrolled at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a BSIT/SE degree with a focus on Software Engineering. In 2015, they further enhanced their skills by completing a Full Stack Web Development program at Free Code Camp, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.
