Tifani Hodges

Tifani Hodges has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on hospice care. Tifani started their career in 2012 as a Community Liaison for Signature Hospice, Home Health, and Home Care. In this role, they successfully built relationships with the community to promote hospice services. Tifani then transitioned to the position of Hospice Liasion in 2014, where they continued to excel in educating patients and families about hospice care.

In 2017, Tifani joined Ridgeline Management/Wellness at Home as an Administrator, where they successfully managed the day-to-day operations of the facility. After a year and a half, they moved on to Kindred Healthcare in 2019, where they worked as a Hospice Specialist. In this role, Tifani utilized their expertise to provide specialized care to patients and families in need.

Currently, Tifani is employed at Traditions Health as an Account Executive. Their responsibilities include educating patients and families about hospice care, providing in services to communities, and assisting families in accessing the care they require.

Throughout their career, Tifani has consistently showcased their passion for helping patients and families during challenging times. Their interpersonal skills, extensive knowledge in hospice care, and ability to build strong relationships make their a valuable asset to any healthcare organization.

Tifani Hodges pursued their education in 2009 at Pioneer Pacific College, obtaining a degree in LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the field of Nursing Education. Tifani completed their studies in 2010.
