Josh Ratliff

Josh Ratliff has a work experience as the Director of Education Initiatives at Trafera since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Coordinator of the Office of Instructional Technology at the West Virginia Department of Education from February 2014 to June 2019. Josh also worked as a Professional Development Specialist at RESA 2 from July 2012 to January 2013.

Josh Ratliff completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Education from Marshall University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Josh then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Grand Canyon University from 2011 to 2012. More recently, from 2022 to 2025, Josh attended the American College of Education, earning a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. In addition, they obtained three certifications in Social-Behavioral-Educational Research from the CITI Program in July 2022.
