Mitch Watson has extensive experience in facility management and repair operations, currently serving as Facility Manager at Trafera since March 2020, with previous roles as Repair Lead and Repair Manager. Prior to Trafera, Mitch worked at Trinity3 Technology from April 2017 to March 2020, holding positions including Parts Spec Technician & Repair Trainer, Lead QA Technician & Repair Trainer, and Repair Technician. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completing the degree between 2012 and 2016.
