Collen Mulanga Nelwamondo

Collen Mulanga Nelwamondo is a Project Support Officer at TRAFFIC, engaged in reducing trade threats to Africa's wildlife since June 2019, also serving as a Data Entry Assistant. Collen is a Commission Member of the IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas, contributing to policy development and best practice guidelines for protected areas since March 2021. Prior experience includes supporting social media efforts for the IUCN World Conservation Congress and an internship as a Biodiversity Officer at the Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism in Limpopo. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Environmental Management, with ongoing master's studies in Nature Conservation.
