Claudio Rikower has extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and design. Claudio has held various leadership roles throughout their career.
Claudio began their career as a Cognitive Psychology Researcher at Ben Gurion University, where they conducted research studies and operated the Neuropsychology EEG Lab. Claudio also worked as a Teacher, preparing and teaching undergraduate Cognitive Psychology classes.
Afterwards, Claudio worked as a User Experience Consultant at UI - Human Factors Ltd., designing user experiences for start-ups and a large national bank. Claudio also participated in the customization and implementation of MS ERP & CRM systems.
Claudio then joined everis as a User Experience Consultant, where they designed innovative experiences for various clients, including a financial institution transactional site and a government tourism office mobile app. Claudio utilized a range of user-centered design techniques to create these experiences.
Following that, Claudio worked at Fjord, Part of Accenture Interactive, first as a User Experience Designer and later as a Design & Innovation Manager. In these roles, they led multi-disciplinary teams, defined project approaches and deliverables, and managed client relationships.
Claudio then joined ZS Associates as a Sr User Experience Designer, where they defined User Experience Strategies for software-as-a-service applications and established UX processes within Agile.
Next, Claudio joined Coyote Logistics as a Director Of User Experience, responsible for the digital experience of customers, carriers, and employees. Claudio built and nurtured the UX team, delivering user research and design for a variety of products.
Most recently, Claudio worked as the VP of UX & Strategy at Nolan Transportation Group (NTG), where they were responsible for the digital experience of shippers, carriers, and employees. Claudio built the UX team and established leading practices, and led the creation and implementation of a new pattern library.
Currently, Claudio is working as the Sr. Director of User Experience at TRAFFIX, a position they started in 2023.

Claudio Rikower has an extensive education history in various fields. Claudio pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2001 to 2004. Claudio then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from 2004 to 2006.
In 2007, Claudio enrolled in the Universitat de Lleida, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human-Computer Interaction, specializing in the field of study from 2007 to 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Claudio has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Claudio obtained certifications in various subjects such as "Designing a Business" and "Designing Strategy" from IDEO in December 2020 and October 2020, respectively. Claudio also acquired expertise in "Being a UX Leader," "Design Ops," and "Lean UX and Agile" from the Nielsen Norman Group in September 2019. Furthermore, they earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2019.
Lastly, Claudio obtained a certification in "Data Visualization" from Edward Tufte in 2010, though the exact month is not specified.
