Trace B. has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. They have held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Director of Learning & Development at TRAFFIX. Prior to their current position, Trace B. worked as a People & Culture Consultant at Cermaq Canada, where they contributed to the company's HR processes. They also worked at Western Forest Products as a Learning and Development Leader, where they led, developed, and supported effective learning solutions and optimized leadership training.

Trace B. has extensive experience as a Consultant and Instructional Design and LMS Consultant, managing and configuring eLearning systems, designing course creation standards, and creating learning modules for various organizations. They have worked on projects for the University of Winnipeg, BC Forest Safety Council, and Technical Safety BC.

Before entering the consulting field, Trace B. worked as a Business Partner, Learning and Development at Technical Safety BC, leading training projects and ensuring the successful implementation of an HRMS. They also worked as a Training Specialist at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, where they delivered new hire training, developed training materials, and delivered training for special projects.

Trace B. has also held roles as a Training Manager at Boughton Law Corporation, where they designed and delivered training programs, and as a Training Specialist at LexisNexis Canada Inc., where they designed and delivered eLearning for law practitioners.

Additionally, Trace B. has experience as a Facility Operations Coordinator at CH2M, where they coordinated facility operations for branch office opening, and as a Workplace English as a Second Language Instructor at Loewen, where they developed and delivered lessons for professionals in the workplace.

Trace B. completed a Bachelor's Degree in International Development Studies and Business Administrative Studies from The University of Winnipeg from 2002 to 2005. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, Trace B. pursued a Diploma and obtained a Foundations of Effective Management & Leadership Certificate from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, specializing in Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, Trace B. earned a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from the University of Manitoba between 2000 and 2001. Lastly, from 2010 to 2012, Trace B. attended Vancouver Community College (VCC) where they received a Certificate in Adult Education and eLearning.
