Jacopo Bonato

Jacopo Bonato is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and continuous improvement within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Trafimet since October 2023, Jacopo previously held various leadership roles at SCM Group from February 2016 to September 2023, including Operations Manager and Industrial Improvement Manager, overseeing around 200 employees in production and service departments. Earlier experience includes a position as Kaizen Promotion Officer at Caminetti Montegrappa, where Jacopo led continuous improvement initiatives, and roles at FIP as a basketball coach. Jacopo holds an MBA in International Business from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and has also completed advanced studies in Lean Manufacturing and Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
