Raylene Moore

Raylene Moore is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Community Based Care Manager at the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, focusing on caring for the families of America's fallen heroes since June 2022. Previously, Raylene held the position of Technician at the United States Department of Defense from June 2011 to June 2022. In terms of education, Raylene is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Traumatology at Liberty University, expected to be completed in September 2024, and holds a Master of Arts in Crisis Response and Trauma Counseling from the same institution, obtained in August 2022. Additionally, Raylene earned a Bachelor of Arts in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from American Military University in 2017.
