Phillip Moore

Phillip Moore is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity and software development, currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology since May 2023 and as a Senior Security Engineer at Trail of Bits since February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Principle Cyber Engineer at Raytheon from July 2014 to February 2020, as well as a Computer Scientist for the United States Department of Defense from August 2008 to June 2014, where significant contributions were made in systems software and vulnerability analysis. Earlier experience includes providing technical support at Sitel from October 2003 to July 2008. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, expected in May 2025, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from Mississippi State University, completed in 2011.
