Brad Smorgon

Brad Smorgon is an accomplished entrepreneur and director, currently serving as the Founder of Traild since July 2020. Prior to this role, Smorgon held the position of Director at Australian Jewish Funders from November 2017 to October 2023. Smorgon also worked as Head of New Ventures at Unified Healthcare Group from April 2017 to February 2019, and held various strategic roles at Philips from May 2013 to December 2016, including Senior Manager and Manager in Group Strategy. Early career experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from February 2011 to December 2012, with case experiences spanning telecommunications, mining, and private equity in healthcare, retail, and entertainment sectors. Smorgon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance and Economics from the University of Melbourne, as well as participation in an International Exchange Program in Law at McGill University.
