Kristin Raikes

Kristin Raikes serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Weaver Fundraising since June 2024. Previously, Kristin held various leadership positions at New Era Technology from June 2022 to July 2024, including Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Digital Experience, where oversight of a 50+ consultant team focused on customer experience strategy and digital transformation was critical. Kristin's experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Digital Experience Strategy & Marketing at Fusion Alliance from June 2016 to June 2022, where responsibility encompassed marketing strategy and consulting on digital initiatives. Earlier roles include Vice President at Sells Group, where strategic client relationships were developed, and Director of Development at The King's Academy, which saw a 300% increase in donations within the first year. Kristin began a career in advertising as an Account Executive at Bates USA in 1998. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Marketing from Taylor University.
