Stephen Foster

Stephen Foster is a seasoned professional in the fitness and wellness industry, currently serving as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Consultant at SF Performance since January 2015, where responsibilities include gym concept development, fitness technology consulting, and gym solutions. Additionally, Stephen is the Lead Trainer at Trainiac by Gympass since December 2018, overseeing onboarding management and performance metrics.
