Michael Ray

Michael Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program operations, management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Program Operations Manager and VA Director at Training Concepts since April 2004, Michael ensures the success of state and national training programs, achieving positive vocational outcomes. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Chipco Computer Integration Systems, where Michael managed sales and marketing for computer hardware and software, and Computer Process Engineer at DuPont, focusing on automating manufacturing processes for various synthetic fibers. Michael holds dual BS degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, along with Lean 6 Sigma certifications (Green Belt and Black Belt) from the International Association of Six Sigma Certification.
