Bilal Ahmed

Bilal Ahmed is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Trainline since May 2023, with prior experience as an IT Technical Support Engineer at Multiplex from October 2019 to April 2023. In the role at Multiplex, Bilal provided second and third level support to customers, assisted the first and second line teams, and contributed to projects including Windows 10 Deployment, Domain Consolidation, SD-WAN Migration, and office/site setups.
