Guillermo Serrano

Guillermo Serrano has a diverse work experience in various roles related to government relations, public policy, and public affairs. Guillermo is currently working as the Head of Government Relations Spain at Trainline, a position they started in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of the Digital Policy Committee at AMETIC from 2021 to 2022.

Guillermo Serrano completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from London Metropolitan University between 2008 and 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in European Public Policy from King's College London from 2012 to 2013.
