Jacob Loud

Jacob Loud is a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong background in developing real-time projects using React and Node.js. Currently at Trainline since September 2018, Jacob employs technologies such as RxJS, Redux, and Typescript, alongside TDD frameworks like Jest and Enzyme, while leveraging CI/CD practices with TeamCity and AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB. Prior experience includes working as a Frontend Developer at Sainsbury's from February 2017 to August 2018, where Jacob focused on supplier relationships and business projects using JavaScript, Docker, and PostgreSQL. Jacob began a career as a Software Engineer at Arcadia Group Ltd from January 2015 to January 2017. Educationally, Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Loughborough University, completed in 2012.
