Matt Peake

Matt Peake has a diverse work experience in the field of public policy and government relations. Matt currently serves as the Director of Public Policy and Government Relations at Trainline since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Director of Public Policy at Onfido from June 2021 to June 2023. From 2016 to May 2021, they worked at Verizon as the Head of Regulatory and Public Policy UK and IE. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager, competition government and regulatory affairs at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from January 2011 to January 2016. Matt also gained experience as a Policy Manager at the Office of Communications from 2007 to 2010 and as a Regulatory Manager at BSkyB from 2004 to 2006.

Matt Peake's education history begins with their enrollment at the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe from 1989 to 1995. Following this, they attended the University of East Anglia from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Afterwards, they pursued further education at King's College London and completed a Diploma of Education in Competition law by 2016. In 2018, Matt Peake enrolled at Henley Business School and completed an Executive MBA by 2021. Concurrently, from 2018 to 2023, they also studied at the Chartered Management Institute and obtained a Senior Leader (Degree) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
