Omar Gedik is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and operations management. Since August 2005, Omar has been serving as Customer Experience Manager and previously held the position of Operations Manager eService at thetrainline.com. Prior to this, Omar worked at Scottish Gas as a Service Improvement Analyst from September 2002 to August 2005. Omar holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, obtained between 1998 and 2001, and completed secondary education at Banchory Academy, where studies focused on higher education administration from 1992 to 1998.
