Rachel Richardson

Rachel Richardson's work experience is as follows:

- Trainual (2020-present): Rachel is currently a Senior Success Coach at Trainual. Rachel serves as a content and training designer, coaching small and medium businesses on the Business Playbook methodology and helping them achieve their documentation goals.

- Keller Williams Prosperity (2017-2021): Rachel worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, selling residential and commercial real estate in NJ. Rachel no longer holds an active real estate license.

- Taylor Management Company (2019-2020): Rachel served as a Portfolio Manager at Taylor Management Company.

- Associa (2018): Rachel worked as a Business Development Manager at Associa.

- PulteGroup (2015-2016): Rachel was the Manager in the Department of Real Estate & HOA's at PulteGroup. Rachel served as a Developer Representative on Condominium and Homeowners Association Boards, helping navigate transition, mitigate transition risk, and build up the community for ultimate Board ownership and control.

- First Service Residential (2014-2015): Rachel worked as a Community Manager and Managing Agent VAC at First Service Residential.

- INTEGRA Management Corp (2009-2014): Rachel held the position of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) at INTEGRA Management Corp.

- State Farm Insurance Agency (2003-2009): Rachel worked as an Office Manager from 2006-2009 and as a Sales & Marketing Associate from 2003-2006 at State Farm Insurance Agency.

Rachel Richardson completed their undergraduate education from 2003 to 2008 at Saint Elizabeth University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications over the years. In December 2012, they became a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) through CAMICB. Furthermore, in June 2017, they obtained the certification of Real Estate Sales Associate from Keller. Most recently, in February 2022, Rachel obtained certifications in Client Collaboration, Collaborative meetings, and Mapping & diagramming from Miro.
