Nicole Crilley has over 10 years of professional work experience. Nicole began their career in 2011 as a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for the Police Athletic League of Jacksonville (JaxPAL). In 2012, they moved to Print Resources as a Graphic Designer. From 2013 to 2020, Nicole worked for The Home Depot in various roles, including Digital Operations Manager, Email Marketing Manager, and Email Marketing Specialist. In 2020, they became a Sr. Digital Strategist & Consultant for HighRoad Solutions. Nicole is currently a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager for Traject.
Nicole Crilley obtained a B.A in Communications with a Public Relations Concentration and a Graphic Design Minor from George Mason University between 2005 and 2009. In August 2016, they obtained an Online Marketing Fundamentals certification from Lynda.com. Additionally, they hold an Engage Professional Certification from Silverpop, an IBM Company.
