Bernadette Ross

Bernadette Ross has a strong background in client services and support. Bernadette most recently worked as a Client Services Representative at Traliant starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Classroom Paraprofessional at the Morris Plains School District from November 2018 to June 2022. Bernadette previously held a similar role at Traliant from March 2017 to October 2018. In addition, Bernadette has experience in the finance industry, having held roles at Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial. At Thomson Reuters, they served as a Client Specialist from June 2011 to February 2014, working closely with clients to provide dedicated support and drive retention. Bernadette Ross holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Management with a specialization in Organizational Change Management from Saint Elizabeth University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a focus on Finance from the Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest. Bernadette completed their high school education at Holy Rosary College in Galway, Ireland, earning a High School Diploma. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Employees from Traliant in October 2022.
