Lee-Willem Visavachaiwat MRICS is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Investment Services at Trammell Crow Company since September 2021. Prior experience includes a Senior Business Development Manager role at CBRE, where leadership of the “VAS Industrial & Logistics” department and management of property portfolios was undertaken. Prior to that, Lee-Willem held positions as Investment Manager and Project Developer at IFM Immobilien AG, as well as Consultant and Junior Asset Manager at CBRE and Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft mbH, respectively. Academic qualifications include a degree in Business Administration from Wiesbaden Business School and a degree in Real Estate Economics from the International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg.
