Carla Sganderlla

Carla Sganderlla is a Global Account Sales Specialist and E-Commerce and Marketing Specialist at Tramontina USA, Inc. since June 2019. Additionally, Carla serves as an Assistant Coach for Houston Skyline Volleyball. Previously, Carla contributed as a Business Team Member for Cornell Formula SAE, leading the team to a 17th place finish at an international competition. Carla participated in the Big Red Leadership Institute at Cornell University, enhancing leadership skills as selected by the head coach. As a former Varsity Student-Athlete at Cornell University, Carla also held internships in International and Digital Marketing and Human Resources at Tramontina, where impactful marketing strategies were identified and the company handbook was organized. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, graduated in 2019, and obtained a High School Diploma from St. Agnes Academy in 2015.
