Conor then worked as an Introductory Football Coach for Footy4Kidz from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on teaching basic techniques to children in a fun and engaging manner.

In 2009, Conor joined Rose Hill Rovers JFC as a Football Coach and spent a total of six years with the club. During their time there, they progressed as a coach, gaining more opportunities and developing their own coaching style. Conor eventually became the Head Football Coach in 2014, leading the team as both a manager and a coach.

Conor's passion for coaching led him to pursue international experiences. In 2013, they worked as a Head Football Coach and Camp Coordinator for Challenger Sports in the USA. Conor was responsible for coaching on various camps and coordinating coaches based on their teaching styles and preferences.

In 2017, Conor joined Tranmere Rovers FC as the Head Football Development Coach for their China development program. Conor has been with the club for two years, working on improving the level of footballing ability in local schools and football teams. Conor has also adapted to a new culture and language to effectively deliver coaching sessions.

In the same year, Conor also had the opportunity to work as a Football Talent Scout for Tranmere Rovers FC - Chinese Football Association. Their role involved scouting talent at a football tournament and recruiting players aged 16-18 for a training camp hosted by the CFA.
