Donna Ritchie

Donna joined the Trans Ash team in 2018, as the Director of Human Resources. With greater than 20 years of Human Resource leadership experience in growing multi-state organizations, Donna brings a broad and diverse working knowledge of HR best practices in areas of; hiring, compensation, benefits, compliance, development, safety and employee relations.

As the Human Resources Director, she is charged with fostering a proactive Human Resources culture to support the people and the continued success of the company.

Donna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Labor Relations and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University. Professional certifications of SPHR and SCP.
