Jim Davis

Jim Davis is an experienced survey manager with a robust background in managing survey departments and project teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Survey Manager at Trans Ash, Inc. since January 2022, Jim oversees surveying services for various locations in North Carolina, focusing on construction support and aerial surveys. Prior roles include Charlotte Survey Manager at Merrick & Company and Survey Project Manager at CESI Land Development Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing field crews, marketing, estimating, and executing a range of survey projects. Jim's military background includes serving as a Captain and First Lieutenant in the US Army, managing environmental health programs and personnel. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
