Joseph Lacy

Joseph Lacy has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Project Controls Manager at Trans Ash Inc since June 2015. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Project Engineer at CT Consultants from April 2013 to June 2015 and also held the position of Staff Engineer at Kenvirons, Inc. from April 2010 to April 2013. Joseph earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, completing the program between 2005 and 2009.
