Phoenix Elzinga

Phoenix Elzinga is an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer at Trans-Matic Mfg. Co since November 2021. Prior to this role, Phoenix held various positions at Innotec, including Production Engineering Manager, Quality Manager, and Mechanical Engineering Intern, where responsibilities included leading business units, solving complex quality issues, managing teams, and improving machine utilization. Additional experience includes serving as Facilities Manager at Bethany CRC and Head Track and Field Coach at Zeeland Christian School. Phoenix started in the engineering field with internships at ZF Group and Integrity Landscaping Solutions, Inc. Phoenix holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
