Wahidin is an IT professional with extensive experience in various technical support roles. Currently serving as IT Office Support at TRANS TV since May 2022, Wahidin provides support for hardware, software, and user-related issues, manages LAN and WiFi networks, and maintains computer systems and networks. Previously, Wahidin worked as an IT Support Technician at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from December 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included troubleshooting IT devices, maintaining network security, and preparing technical reports. From December 2016 to October 2020, Wahidin was involved in Network Maintenance at Biznet, focusing on quality control for Fiber Optic networks and performing preventive maintenance. Wahidin began professional experience as a sales associate at PT. Albany Corona Lestari in early 2016. Wahidin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from STMIK Jayakarta, obtained in March 2021.
