Ben Hinkle-Wszalek

Ben Hinkle-Wszalek has extensive experience in the field of operations management. Ben started their career at Cayen Systems in 2004, where they held the roles of Client Services Manager and Technical Services Manager until 2017. During this time, they successfully managed client relationships and technical services for the company.

In 2018, Ben joined TransACT Communications, LLC as the Operations Manager for Cayen Products. In this role, they served as an industry expert and advocate for end-users and customers. Ben led efforts to implement interface updates, new security features, and updated technical features for each product.

Ben's most recent position at TransACT Communications is Director of Operations for the Milwaukee Office, a role they have held since May 2019. Ben continues to contribute their expertise in managing operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering industry-leading software solutions to school districts and community programs.

Ben Hinkle-Wszalek obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ben attended the university from 1999 to 2004.
