Matt Besemer

Matt Besemer started their work experience in 1994 as the Vice President - Operations Manager at Cayuga Crushed Stone, Inc., where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Kionix, Inc. as a Production Systems Coordinator, where they automated production systems and managed low-volume and automotive production lines. Matt then advanced to the role of Materials Manager, where they improved the MRP system and managed a budget of $40M for raw material purchases and manufacturing supplies. Later, they became the Director of Operations, Procurement and Logistics, overseeing production, inventory management, and plant facilities. In 2023, they joined TransAct® Technologies as the Director of Operations.

Matt Besemer attended Ithaca College from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
