Ben Procter

Ben Procter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ben is currently working at Transact as the Head Of Tech Risk & Governance, where they have been since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the IT Operations Manager at Transact from July 2020 to October 2023. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at OneFamily in various positions including Infrastructure Support Manager, Technical Support BAU Team Lead, and System Administrator. Before that, they worked as a Transition Consultant at Acora - Outsourced IT Services from October 2015 to January 2016. Ben also has experience as a Managing Director at PnP Systems LTD from December 2012 to September 2015. Additionally, they worked at Family Investments as a Desktop Technical Support Analyst from November 2007 to July 2014, and at Towergate Insurance as a Junior Technician from May 2005 to May 2007. Their career started at Central Sussex College as an Apprentice Technician from July 2004 to January 2005.

Ben Procter attended Ardingly College from 1997 to 2002 and Central Sussex College from 2003 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from The Knowledge Academy in 2019, LCS Level 1a from Lean Competency System in 2018, and became a Microsoft Certified Professional in June 2011.
